From marquee details, your wedding menu, staff on the day, your drinks options; from the build of the marquee beforehand to the clearance of the site afterwards. 48 hours to go

Marquee construction

Our dedicated marquee team will deliver and build your marquee at least 2 days before the wedding. The build should take about 6 hours. Don’t forget to prepare the grounds well, by cutting the grass as short as you can and ensuring it is as smooth as possible.

36 hours to go

Catering deliveries

Now the marquee has been put up, our catering team will deliver cookers, fridges, ovens and all the necessary catering equipment, so that the catering tent/kitchen is operational. It is now time to put your drinks in that fridge and start the chilling process!

24 hours to go

The lay up

Our dedicated lay-up team will come in to put all the tables into position, linen on the tables, cutlery, crockery and glassware in place, so that the you can spend the afternoon focussing on the finishing touches. Place cards, decorations, flowers, favours, all the personal touches that will make your day unique to you. All will be in place 24 hours before the wedding.

5 hours to go

Head Chef on site

Our Head Chef and kitchen team will arrive about 5 hours prior to your guests. Here, some culinary miracles will happen on site; if you could see our kitchens in action, you really would not believe it.

2 hours to go

Waiting staff in action

Our Event Manager and team of waiting staff will be preparing to welcome your guests. Staff briefing, Champagne on ice, Pimms fruit being chopped and canapés being assembled. We are now ready for the Bride and Groom to make their entrance.

The Wedding Breakfast

At this stage there is nothing left for you to do but to enjoy every minute of your special day, and let our staff work their magic.  Starters served and cleared, main course, dessert, wines and toast served, coffee with the speeches. Sit back, enjoy and let us do what we are best at.

Your evening reception

Your DJ or band is in place and all set up; you are ready for the first dance. Your guests are clapping and taking all the pictures they can and our staff are ready to take drinks orders at the bar. It is now time to dance the night away…
